I had the absolute best experience at CNS Dental from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left! They immediately make you feel welcome and at ease (shoutout to Karen at reception!). Mel is a phenomenal hygienist and such a sweet and funny person! Dr. Schantz is AMAZING! She was very thorough in her exam and explanations. I knew going to my first appointment that I was looking to get dental implants for permanent teeth that never developed. She took the time to go through all my options and work out the best path forward for my needs. CNS Dental came highly recommended to me by a friend and I will continue to be a client of theirs and recommend them to others as well!

I and my daughter came to CNS dental for routine cleaning and a scan for a mouthguard. Melanie, took the utmost care and was very professional and friendly. I appreciated her expertise and kindness throughout the process and she acquiesced to my preferences during the procedure. I also appreciated the work by Dr. Perez who also strikes as very professional, patient, and instructive. Overall, I felt very well cared for at CNS Dental. We will continue to utilize their service.

I’m new to the area and visited recently after getting dental insurance for the first time in a couple of years, post grad school. Needless to say I’ve needed some extra care and attention with the dentist and CNS has helped to provide me excellent service in a non-judgmental, supportive manner. Dr. Shantz was so understanding when I came in and shared my concerns. She helped to create a plan of action and referred me for a root canal at a specialist who was also great. Both Dr. Shantz and the specialist she referred me to were focused on getting me the most quality care, at a reasonable price. Where do I even start with Karen, one of the office administrators? Karen puts the “Care” in Karen. (Pun very intentional, but very deserving). She literally helped me to break down my treatment plan and provided estimates that maximize my dental benefits for this year and next. She worked to communicate with my endontist and potentially saved me over $1,000 out-of-pocket, just by helping me realize what my insurance would cover if I wanted a couple of weeks into the new year to get my root canal. I broke a temporary crown on Christmas Day and the next day she responded to my email and food me booked within 24 hours of her response. Based on the service and care I’ve received I can’t recommend this office enough.

Great visit. Front staff very helpful and friendly. Down loading the app was quick and easy to fill out paperwork. The Dr went above and beyond. Explained in detail, showed X-rays. Visit was very pleasant. Great location, free parking available. Highly recommend the office. Easy to schedule further appointments. They check your insurance and let you know your cost up front.
