Dr. Sisel is an absolutely amazing dentist who leads an equally amazing dental practice … staffed by exceptionally professional, friendly, polite and respectful dental technicians, office managers and administrators. Upon moving back to the area four years ago a neighbor raved about Dr. Sisel so we decided to give him a try. Ever since, we’ve felt like we won the lottery! Specifically, he and his remarkable team have gone “above and beyond” on every occasion our family has required his services, including coming in (along with his wife) on short notice on several weekends to attend to dental issues of my wife and daughter. I never thought I’d catch myself saying it; however, I now look forward to visits to the dentist’s office (as does my wife and two children) since for the first time ever they actually end up being pleasant experiences. Dr. Sisel is a huge supporter of the military which may explain the "esprit de corps" he’s instilled within his staff since they approach their work not so much as a job, but more as a profession. He has a very pleasant bedside manner, great sense of humor and always takes time to ask how you and/or the family is doing (i.e., one never feels rushed). Bottomline: Dr. Sisel sets the “gold standard” for dentists while also leading a one-of-a-kind practice that operates with integrity and places the well-being of their patients first and foremost.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sisel for about 20 years and I can only say great things about him, the dental hygienists and the office staff. They are a well-oiled establishment, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be called back or for the dentist to do his exam after my cleaning. The office is easy to access in Shirlington off 395, and the parking is ample and free. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Sisel for over 15 years now and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly and highly knowledgeable dentist. Don't make the mistake of going with another dentist if you have the opportunity/in-network dental insurance; I was stuck with a different dentist for years because of I had a different insurance and was completely unsatisfied until I was able to return to his network.

Only good things to say about my experience with Dr. Sisel's office! Although I am not normally a patient of Dr. Sisel's, I had a bit of an emergency when my temporary crown from a different dentist's office fell off (for the SECOND time ugh) on July 4th and my primary dentist was closed for an extended period of time (longer than normal as their office flooded during the recent flash flood). I called Dr. Sisel's office to see if he could put it back on and within 30 minutes I was in with him! Dr. Sisel was funny, kind, engaging, and did a great job. I highly recommend him and am so appreciative that they got me in on such short notice, especially because I was not an existing patient. Friendly staff, great dentist.
